Will iron grip work for coping cuts (rail and stile door matched bit stuff)? Most coping sleds raise the cut piece since the piece rides on the sled base. It is more difficult to switch between rail and style cuts since rails are on the router table and stiles ride on the sled base. If seems the iron grip might make a more consistent setup when switching rail and stile bits ...

Hi Jeff, I have an issue when tightening the Iron Grip. The button that let's you quicklyl move the arm most of the time doesn't lock. So when I try to get a firm grip on the piece it slips. Sometimes if I pull up on the button I can get it to lock, other times it just keeps slipping. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix that? Thanks, Tim

This is the worst woodpecker product I ever bought! No joke. I was so thankful they only made me eat the shipping both ways and refunded me . Buy a digital gauge and some steak dinners and thank me later.

Every Woodpeckers tools I have bought is rock solid. I'll keep buying from them. They are made in the USA and keeping people here employed. You get what you pay for.

Perhaps a bit niche, but it would be really cool if there were also smaller ones, for eg.: 8.25" are common, as well as 6.3" (Festool track saws). I'm definitely ordering a few of these, it's simple and brilliant.

Jay, Loved the video with one recommendation. The content is well-organized, easy to follow, and clear. The music is okay, but it is often louder than your voice and I have to use sub-titles to know what you said. While the visuals are well captured and tell most of the direction, your narration is very helpful and adds a useful element to create a more complete and finished delivery. Your voice narration is more important to hear than the machinery or the music. Suggest you use a separate track for your voice and increase the final volume on the voice-over track, or alternatively lower the other two tracks (music and the raw footage audio) to make them quieter and not compete with your words. What you say matters. Keep making these.

It's nice to have both imperial and metric on the sliding scale, but the 1" increments for the holes make that metric scale unusable. Any chance for a metric version with holes at, say, 20mm increments?

I can also cut a one inch block of wood and clamps it to the fence for free.

I have this jig and will be selling it. I cannot run the cope and stick in the same plane. Both cope and stick should reference to the table top for one setup like my shaper does. Your construction is very well done as I would expect from Woodpeckers but the coping sleds design can be better. I do thank you for your very well detailed explanations of setups which are the best.

Why do you have a track in the table when the fence is not automatically parallel to it like Kreg has. Kreg is the only mfr who does this? This could be incorporated into the micro adjust structure. Anything Woodpeckers makes is super accurate. Wouldn't it make sense to keep the fence parallel to the track in the table, just sayin'.
